1. – “DynaChem”

Strain Name: “DynaChem”
Strain Origin: Unknown. This is something that my Michigan Medicinal cultivators are breeding. I got 5 seeds out of a bag of some amazing stuff and decided to try to grow them out. All i know about the origins of this strain, is that it has “ChemDawg 21” genetics in its ‘blood’. But that is all I know about it.
Growing Medium: 2/3 organic potting soil, 1/3 perlite.
Growing Vessels: Standard 12-inch clay pots with saucers.
Lights: 4 ultra thin LED panels (total about 500 watts equivalent).
Start Date: December 24, 2017. Planted 5 seeds that have been germinated using the paper towel.
Harvest Date: May 3, 2018
Final Yield: 29.5 grams

December 24th, 2017 – Day 1 – It is Christmas Eve and I am hoping for a Christmas miracle. Planted all five seeds in soil. Used red Solo cups for temporary containers. Watered lightly. Keeping my fingers crossed.
December 25th, 2017 – Day 2 – Merry Christmas! No visible changes in the cups yet. Soil appears to be drying up a little bit.
December 26th, 2017 – Day 3 – We got life! Four out of five seedlings Sprouted up. The fifth one is still missing in action. Also the new ultra thin LED light panels have arrived and I am now hanging them above my Solo cups.

December 27th, 2017 – Day 4 – The last seedling came up above the soil surface. Looks like they’re all going to make it.
December 28th, 2017 – Day 5 – Seedlings are all straightening out. Starting to look like little plans. Good news: my hydroponic tent came in. It is a 2x2x3 foot. Should be perfect for keeping two plans comfortably. Watered the cups lightly.

December 29th, 2017 – Day 6 – Seedlings are looking wonderful under the new LED light. Doing research on maximizing yields in small spaces. Learning about SCROG nets and Topping. Lolly-popping and Super Cropping are also very interesting. Found a video on YouTube, A guy got over a pound from just 4 plans indoor. That is amazing.

"DynaChem" Day 6
“DynaChem” Day 6

December 30th 2017 – Day 7 – Seedlings are beasting out. Watered them lightly, for the first time in the new tent.
December 31st, 2017 – Day 8 – Last day of the year 2017. Seedlings are almost doubled in size, they’re literally growing like weeds. LOL
January 1st, 2018 – Day 9 – Happy New Year! Everything looks great. Watered.
January 2nd, 2018 – Day 10 – Looking good overall. One of the plans has its leaves pointing down. Probably thirsty. I am very careful with watering because I do not have holes poked on the bottom of the cups.

"DynaChem" Day 10
“DynaChem” Day 10

January 3rd, 2018 – Day 11 – Looking very good.
January 4th, 2018 – Day 12 – Looking thirsty, cups are very light. Watered lightly.

"DynaChem" Day 12
“DynaChem” Day 12

January 5th, 2018 – Day 13 – The leaves are looking a bit crumbles or chewed up. I think I am over-watering the tiny little cups, so I will have to hold off on the watering for a few days.
January 6th, 2018 – Day 14 – Looking much better. The foliage is straightening out. The two plans of front and to the left are totally beasting out. I think that the direct sunlight they get in the morning when I open up the tent, speeds up their growth a lot.
January 7th, 2018 – Day 15 – Doing very well.

"DynaChem" Day 15
“DynaChem” Day 15

January 8th, 2018 – Day 16 – Doing great. Several plants are now showing multiple nodes. Watered everyone.
January 9th, 2018 – Day 17 – The plants are showing great progress and growth. Number 5 (the short curly one) drink the water very fast. Soil has dried up much faster than any other plans. I figured it needs a bit more, and watered it just that one plans a little bit. I also decided to label each of the “DynaChem” seedlings. I went with the simple A – E scale.

  • A, “The Champion” – tallest of the five. Solid green with light shade of green at the top.
  • B, “The Runner-up” – this particular one is not the tallest but definitely the fattest. Widest leaves, base leaves, and the first one to completely “round out”.
  • C, middle of the pack all the way. Stands up straight, but not really tall. Separate leaves and distinct knows, but a little bit yellow wish and kind of a sickly color. Nothing special at least nothing to look at.
  • D, “Limp” – end of the line is visible for this guy/girl. Limp leaves, yellowish and sickly looking color, this guy may be getting too much water or he’s not fully recovered from the previous over-watering.
  • E, “Curly” – currently the shortest, curliest, and the weirdest shaped seedling out of all of them. Covered completely in healthy bright green growth. Leaves are all curved to form a small sphere around the stock. Looks very healthy but like a miniature version. Maybe a mutant or hermaphrodite of some sort?

January 10th, 2018 – Day 18 – The plants are doing great. A & B are still the leaders, growth wise. Curly is still wet. I may have to skip her next watering.

"DynaChem" Day 18
“DynaChem” Day 18

January 11th, 2018 -Day 19I did the very first nutrient feed today. I looked around, and Limp had completely yellow bottom leaves. I was going to water today anyway, but because she was showing signs of nutrient deficiency, I decided to mix in a pinch of Miracle Grow liquid plant food. I went with about 25% of the recommended dosage. A,B & C got an average dose about 2 fluid ounces D got an extra dose and E got skipped, because she was still wet from last night.
January 12th, 2018 – Day 20 – A, B and C are looking wonderful. D and E are looking a little sick. Limp had her bottom leaves turn completely yellow, and a bit brown on the edges. It is definitely necrosis. I decided to remove the bottom two leaves from her, just to see if she begins to recover. Watered likely with a low dosage of nutrient water.

January 13th, 2018 – Day 21 – Limp is definitely doing better without those bottom leaves. The top of the plans is now fully erect. The new growth looks like it is recovering. encouraged by the new-found success, I went ahead and clipped the bottom leaves from Curly. Maybe that’ll jump-start his growth spur. I also mixed in a little bit of coffee grounds into the perlite to sprinkle on top. I will be adding those natural fertilizers on top of the soil. So naturally, now my whole room smells like coffee.

"DynaChem" Day 21
“DynaChem” Day 21

January 14th, 2018 – Day 22 – A and B are looking monstrous. C is doing great too. D is finally perking up.  Curly is still a dwarf. Watered lightly on top of the coffee grounds.
January 15th, 2018 – Day 22 – Okay. 3 of the leaders are about the same height and filling out nicely. I detected a faint smell of marijuana in the air. And smelled the three. The first born (A) did not have any odor whatsoever. B stank to high heaven! The top of the plant where the new branches were forming, was reeking of really good nugs. I think that might be my prize-winning mother. C had a faint smell to it too. Hopefully another female.
January 16th, 2018 – Day 23 – Big day for DynaChem family:  A & B they both got topped. I decided to wait a few more days before topping C because I went a little more separation from the rest of the nodes. Plus it has a height shortage. Watered lightly only two big plants, the other cups got just a splash.
January 17th, 2018 -Day 24 – Recovering from the topping very nicely. Tall branches, and stretching out. Looking very good. Watered lightly again.

"DynaChem" Day 24
“DynaChem” Day 24

January 18th, 2018 – Day 25 – A lot of changes in the SovietStoner’s Garden. First and foremost, the two biggest plans got replanted into bigger pots. YouTube was right, they did outgrow the Solo cups very quickly. When I pulled away from the Solo Cup, the whole bottom part of the soil mix was covered with roots. They were thick and numerous and look like they didn’t have enough room to grow, so they grew up like a splash. I decided that the first born, and the champion grow or must go into the bigger pods so I use one of the 7 gallon. I used one cup of perlite for every 2 cups of soil, to keep the soil aerated. It is very important to mix the soil and perlite well, until you don’t feel clumps of soil between your fingers. Subject B went into a slightly smaller 12 inch clay pot. Once I got them situated in a tent, I watered them lately. Because A and B got promoted, I figured that C deserve some recognition as well. So I went ahead and topped C. D is still looking sickly small. But her cup is very heavy I will not water it for a while. And because he was looking like a lost cause I went ahead and got rid of it. I need all the room I can get in a temp now. It is a bit crowded in there.

January 19th, 2018 – Day 26 – First day after transplant, A is Beasting out. My first born plant is acting just like a first born should. It is loving it in the big new pots, and it’s spreading. The stretching of the branches shows it. The top two leaves and now bigger than any other leaves. Lots of new growth in the top the area and some in the lower parts as well. B Is standing tall. It is now taller than A. The branches are looking a little limp. I think it may have damaged some of the roots during the transplant. Should recover in a few days.

"DynaChem" Day 26
“DynaChem” Day 26

January 20th, 2018 – Day 27 – Leaving to play a poker tournament in the neighboring state. Watered everything well in the morning.
January 21st, 2018 – Day 28 – Came home in the late afternoon, after busting the tournament early. A is just Beasting. Very nice. B is showing signs of nutrient deficiency. Little necrosis spots on the leaves I think it is a Calcium deficiency. I mixed a full 33 fluid ounce bottle of quarter strength of Miracle-Gro liquid nutrients after feeding B, I decided to mix another one for A. Also give a little splash to each one of the smaller seedlings.
January 22nd, 2018 – Day 29 – The nutrients have worked like a charm. B is definitely showing signs of improvement. The top leaves are all erect and stretching out into the sides it is looking a lot better I transplanted D into a bigger pot. She was suffering from too much moisture. The soil sort of got clumped up in the bottom of the cup, and it was stifling the roots. I transplanted her into a bigger one gallon pot, which is not medium size pot. And  mixed in an extra dose of perlite into the soil, to keep her dry. Trying to save her. She went to my buddy G, he wanted a live version of the “DynaChem”.
January 23rd, 2018 – Day 30 – Limp is recovering. She’s getting her dark green color back. No more yellowish-green. A & B got about 50 oz of nutrient-enriched water today. B was a bit overwhelmed and I saw a little bit of water drip out of the bottom. I also gave a splash of nutrient water to Limp. Tomorrow is DRY day, and Thursday I will give them only water. I should have just given the water today, but B was in need of calcium and I couldn’t find any in the store. So I decided to give complete set of nutrients.
January 24th, 2018 – Day 31 – Everyone is doing great. Lots of new growth everywhere.
January 25th, 2018 – Day 32 – We are on schedule. Mixed up some nutrients and fed everyone. And everyone seems happy.
January 26th, 2018 – Day 33 – Preparing to be out of the house, possibly for a day or two. Everything looks good. B is stinking in an awesome way.
January 27th, 2018 – Day 34 – B is showing signs of Calcium deficiency. Ordered Cal-Mag online. Thank God for Amazon.
January 28th, 2018 – Day 35 – Mixing up a new food cocktail for my girls. Since I have just ordered my Cal-Mag, it will take me a few days to get it. I have decided to use a little bit of my saltwater reef calcium solution, and dissolve it in the feeding water. It was designed to add calcium and magnesium as well as some other trace minerals to saltwater aquariums to promote algae and coral growth. I checked out the ingredients and did not find anything harmful, so I mixed in 1/2 mL of the “Reef Milk”. This may have to be my “Secret Ingredient”.  Also mixed in a half a teaspoon of honey and 2 ml of liquid Miracle-Gro.
January 29th, 2018 – Day 36 – Big moves in a grow tent. B is getting too tall, so I decided to move it into G’s tent. He has a much bigger veg setup then I do, so B will be more comfortable there. All I am keeping now is subject A from the original five and the two brand new seedlings (“Blueberry Cough” and “Channel”).

January 30th, 2018 – Day 37 – Big news: Cal-Mag finally arrived. I mixed up a little feeding cocktail for my girls: 1 ml of Cal Mag,1 mL of my reef calcium, I mean…secret ingredient. 2 ml of Miracle-Gro liquid plant food, and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. After feeding, I clipped a few bottom leaves from A. I wanted to make sure there’s plenty of air flow below the canopy. And those bottom leaves weren’t getting much light anyway. Another big development: the tent was upgraded with a timer for the lights. No more 24 hour of lights. I want to try and run a 20 hour light cycle and a 4 hour of dark. I am starting with two hours of darkness for now. I figured after running 24 hours lights for the first 4 weeks, they should get acclimated, like the fish in the aquarium. You have to introduce them to the new environment gradually.
January 31st, 2018 – Day 38 – The dark cycle is doing wonders. My girls are beasting out like no other. I think even the few hours of darkness that I give them allows them to regenerate better. Just like humans, plants need their sleep !!

February 1st, 2018 – Day 39 – The girls are definitely loving the 4 hour dark cycle. They are looking great. The nutrients from Advanced Nutrients arrived today. I mixed up my little feeding cocktail: 1 ml of Cal-Mag, 1 ml of AN Grow, 1 ml of AN Micro, and 1 ml of AN Bloom. Plus 1/2 teaspoon of honey. I also added 1 ml of the Miracle-Gro liquid that I was using before.

February 2nd, 2018 – Day 40 – Subject A is thickening up. In fact it is getting so thick, that I decided to clip the two biggest fan leaves. They are right in the middle of the bush, and are restricting the airflow.
February 3rd, 2018 – Day 41 – The removal of the fan leaves was a good idea. My girl is stretching out her branches, and all the young growth coloring is getting darker. She is really going wide. The soil was dry, so I decided to feed them. I went with the same mixture as it did before.
February 4th, 2018 – Day 42 – Girls are vegging, I am chilling.
February 5th, 2018 – Day 43Feeding time again. My girls are loving the honey. I am now adding 1/4 teaspoon of molasses and 1/4 teaspoon of honey to my Cal-Mag, and the trifecta.
February 6th, 2018 – Day 44 – Looking great. Trying to figure out the exact feeding amounts so I don’t overfeed. (The amount of liquid, not the amount of nutrients. My nutrients are measured out like in chemistry class.)

February 7th, 2018 – Day 45Feeding time again. Increased the grow part of the cocktail up to 3 ml per gallon.

February 8th, 2018 – Day 46 – No news to report. Girls drank all the water and are looking good.

February 9th, 2018 – Day 47 – Again, I need to feed them. These girls are hungry! Increased the amount of honey and molasses up to 1/2 teaspoon of  each per gallon.
February 10th, 2018 – Day 48 – Lots of green!
February 11th, 2018 – Day 49 – The girls are looking thirsty, time to feed them again.
February 12th, 2018 – Day 50 – Okay, seems there’s a bit of a disturbance over at G’s household, so I might have to get custody of some of his sick babies. (Damn you, and your fully organic grows)
February 13th, 2018 – Day 51 – So, lots of changes in the garden. First off, I got a new tent! G had to take down part of his setup and I pretty much inherited one of his tents. It is a 3x4x5.5 . And there is a divider in there that’s light proof, so I can make a 3×3 flower tent and a 1×3 small grow space. It’s perfect. There’s a rack in a small space that I can mount all the fans and lights too. With my low profile, low heat LEDs, this will be a perfect little setup for me. And it didn’t cost me anything. (Although I did promise to give him some of the finished flower.) Second thing, I got all of the sick babies back. Subjects B, C and D that he really really wanted, all came back to me. And they are looking sickly. Set up the new tent, and moved the old small tent to the side. Because it is feeding day and his poor plants look like shit, I decided to go ahead and mix up a weak feeding batch for the new arrivals, and a full strength feeding batch for the old crew.

February 14th, 2018 – Day 52 – Both of the new arrivals are showing signs of improvement after defeating. Immediate Improvement noticed.

February 15th, 2018 – Day 53 – Everybody is hungry. It’s feeding time again. The new arrivals are getting a 50% strength mixture.
February 16th, 2018 – Day 54 – Making small adjustments in the big tent. Added 2 light panels and 2 fans plus an exhaust fan to the tent.

February 17th, 2018 – Day 55Time to feed again. Increasing the dosage for the new arrivals slightly. The old guard is up to 5 mL of AN Grow per gallon.
February 18th, 2018 – Day 56 – Subject A is fully spread out in the new tent, so I decided to spread it out a little bit MORE, and do some Low Stress Training (LST). Bad decision. I was a little overzealous, and I broke off one of the four main tops.  AARRGH!!! Everything was perfectly set up for a rescue cloning operation. So I tried to rescue the Clone. I used the small one inch rock wool cube and a plastic container I had lying around in the garage we’ll see how the Clone does.

February 19th, 2018 – Day 57I fed the girls again. For some reason, there was a lot of runoff water. I think I will go without water or food for 3 days, and then only give them water. I ordered two more LED light panels. These are red / orange / blue / white colored ones. Should be perfect for flowering.
February 20th, 2018 – Day 58 – Everybody looks like they’re over-watered. I decided to go 3 days before feeding again, to dry out the roots. This is day one.
February 21st, 2018 – Day 59 – So this is day 2 of “The Drought”. Or is it the “Drying Rack”?? The plans are actually perking up. Once again, the internet was right, all newbies overwater.
February 22nd, 2018 – Day 60 – Finally. The scheduled feeding day. I decided to do a small portion, to make sure that we don’t have any runoff water this time. I’m only doing about 33 fluid ounces for each big clay pot.
February 23rd, 2018 – Day 61 – I think I like the dry approach. I want to do another feeding 3 days from now. So Sunday.
February 24th, 2018 – Day 62 – Keeping it dry. Cleaned up the little funky fungus looking thing that was growing on the outside of my big pots. Used Windex, just like the old dude in the “Big Fat Greek Wedding”. Ammonia baby, yeah!
February 25th, 2018 – Day 63Feeding time again. Feeding every third day seems to be the best option. As an experiment, trimmed the fuck out of subject B. Left only the new growth and a few top leaves.
February 26th, 2018 – Day 64 – Chilling like a villain in the middle of his secret garden lair.
February 27th, 2018 – Day 65 – Some of the leaves are looking a bit limp. I think it may be for the lack of water and/or food. I’m thinking I’m going to feed again. Going with 30 fluid ounces for each big pot.
February 28th, 2018 – Day 66 – Nothing to report. Vegging nicely.
March 1st, 2018 – Day 67 – All right guys, my girls are drying up! I think it’s time to feed them again. I have increased the liquid amount for the small pots to 15 fluid ounces.
March 2nd, 2018 – Day 68 – The additional water definitely helps. I think the root structure is growing a lot faster in the bigger pots.
March 3rd, 2018 – Day 69 – I got an oscillating tower fan, and installed the extra light panels in the big tent. Did a little trimming of the foliage. Accidentally snapped off a small branch, and decided to make it another attempt at a clone. Don’t know if it will survive. Watered and fed everybody.
March 4th, 2018 – Day 70 – Baby Girl is getting real big. I think I will start her flowering cycle tomorrow. I have the divider for the tent to make a separate light proof section, so I think I can do it without any additional equipment. I have all the necessary equipment already. The carbon filter and exhaust will go in the next couple of weeks.
March 5th, 2018 – Day 71 – Let the flowering begin! The big tent is divided. All the lights and timers are set accordingly. The only thing that bothers me a little bit, is the lack of ventilation on the top level of the veg section. I had to use one of the small USB fans for the exhaust in a flowering section. So I think I will order a couple of more USB fans from Amazon. One for the big tent and one more for extra air flow for the little tent. The feeding cocktail for the Baby Girl has been adjusted to the ‘transitional’. Lights go off at 9: 30 pm. It is dark time from 9: 30 pm to 9: 30 am.
March 6th, 2018 – Day 72 – (Day 1 of flowering) – Looking pretty good over here in the flower tent. I am looking to get the full eight weeks of flowering time for Baby Girl. That puts the harvest time around the first week of May. She had a couple of branches that were stretching out way above everybody else so I pretty much super-cropped the branches at the top.
March 7th, 2018 – Day 73 – (Day 2 of flowering) – The four or five tops that I have super-cropped have perked back up. I gave the girls a half a gallon worth of nutrient-enriched water and they only ran off a tiny little amount. I am still doing the transitional amounts of the Advanced Nutrients Trio: I am mixing 2 mL of AN Grow, 2 mL of AN Micro and 2 mL of a AN Bloom. The two USB fans came in from Amazon, really quick. The small tent was upgraded with another fan. Now it has two. It is looking like a jungle in there. I also put a fan on the top shelf of the veg section in the big tent. So now there’s a little bit more air flow.
March 8th, 2018 – Day 74 – (Day 3 of flowering) – Looking beautiful. All the tops that I have super cropped are all back up and looking healthy and pretty much healed. The branches do have a little kink in them like an elbow.

March 9th, 2018 – Day 75 – (Day 4 of flowering) – I decided to wait one more day before feeding the girls.
March 10th, 2018 – Day 76 – (Day 5 of flowering) – Feeding time ! I noticed a couple of necrosis spots on my Baby Girl maybe a small nutrient deficiency? Looks like a little calcium lacking in the diet.
March 11th, 2018 – Day 77 – (Day 6 of flowering) – Looking like a big, green Hulk, leading the Avengers of my garden ! Graphic enough for ‘ya ?
March 12th, 2018 – Day 78 – (Day 7 of flowering) – Okay, more Big News: clipped a few clones and decided to give the new, bigger, one and a half inch Grodan rockwool cubes a try. I also got some Clonex rooting gel, to help with the process. This is my third? attempt cloning. Feeding was done.
March 13th, 2018 – Day 79 – (Day 8 of flowering) – All is looking sweet in a garden of SovietStoner.
March 14th, 2018 – Day 80 – (Day 9 of flowering) – Got in late, after the lights went out, so I will feed everybody tomorrow.
March 15th, 2018 – Day 81 – (Day 10 of flowering) – Doing the feeding today. Last transitional amounts for the Baby Girl.

March 16th, 2018 – Day 82 – (Day 11 of flowering) – Looking good. Stretching out nicely.
March 17th, 2018 – Day 83 – (Day 12 of flowering) – Feeding time again. Full strength Bloom feed for the Baby Girl. I am at 5 ml of Cal-Mag, 2 mL of Grow, 4 mL of micro, 6 mL of Bloom, and a pinch of a bloom booster powder.
March 18th, 2018 – Day 84 – (Day 13 of flowering) – Not much is happening in my little flowering garden. However on the other side of the world, in Russia, Vladimir Putin just got reelected as president. Attaboy!
March 19th, 2018 – Day 85 – (Day 14 of flowering) – So this is my 4th attempt at cloning. I lolly-popped my Baby Girl, and ended up cutting down some very nice bottom branches. I took four of them and stuck them into the rockwool cubes. I did everything is directions said. PH the water to 5. 5, soak the cubes, let the Clones sit in the in the root gel. And make sure they were pushed in all the way to the bottom. This time, the cuttings were a bit bigger, so I have ‘high’ hopes. I am keeping my fingers crossed, and I’m hoping for a win like Putin. In other good news I ordered some new seeds. White Widow and the mystery sample will soon be on the way. I requested another Indica. Space restrictions are no laughing matter.
March 20th, 2018 – Day 86 – (Day 15 of flowering) – Feeding time! Everyone is looking great.
March 21st, 2018 – Day 87 – (Day 16 of flowering) – Everything looks wonderful in my garden. Not much action once they start flowering.

March 22nd, 2018 – Day 88 – (Day 17 of flowering) – It’s feeding time again. I pulled all the males from the garden. Out of the five original “DynaChem” seeds, only one turned out to be a female!

March 23rd, 2018 – Day 89 – (Day 18 of flowering) – My garden looks a bit empty now that I threw away all the males. I am now germinating to more feminized “Channel” seeds, while still waiting on the White Widow seeds to arrive.
March 24th, 2018 – Day 90 – (Day 19 of flowering) – Okay guys. It is on. Feeding time. I am putting the the “Blueberry Cough”  and “Channel” into the flowering tent as well. They are the two short Indica plants right up front.

March 25th, 2018 – Day 91 – (Day 20 a flowering) – There is a HUGE height difference between the two Indicas and the Baby Girl Hybrid. In the flowering section. All three plants were topped and LST’ed, and  they were all flat to begin with and all the same height. But these Indicas stayed short and thick and bushy, while the hybrid shut up into the sky. I may have to lower the pots or raise the lights. Or both!!
March 26th, 2018 – Day 92 – (Day 21 of flowering) – The 2 Indicas got raised up off the ground. The pots now sit on top of empty paint cans. I also lowered the lights to get them the plants maximum intensity. The height difference between the hybrid and the Indicas is amazing. Some of the side branches that are getting indirect light from lower hanging panels on the “DynaChem” maybe the perfect photo and video opportunity for me, because they are facing me and they are well lit up. I am doing some research on different seed banks and breeders. There is a lot of interesting genetics out there. I really want to breed something of my own.
March 27th, 2018 – Day 93 – (Day 22 of flowering) – Everyone and everything is looking very good. Watered everyone.

March 28th, 2018 – Day 94 – (Day 23 of flowering) – Nothing new to report here. Vegging and flowering.
March 29th, 2018 – Day 95 – (Day 24 of flowering) – Great news over here: I see a sprinkle of crystals on the buds and on some of the top leaves. The process has started. 🙂

March 30th, 2018 – Day 96 – (Day 25 of flowering) – Looks like my Baby Girl finally stopped stretching. I see lots of crystals developing on the buds and leaves everywhere. Very exciting. Feeding time.

March 31st, 2018 – Day 97 – (Day 26 of flowering) – Clipped several clones from the “Blueberry Cough” and from the “Channel” today. Trying the new peat moss plugs. This is my 5th attempt at cloning. (I think).
April 1st, 2018 – Day 98 – (Day 27 of flowering) – Cloning attempt number 6. This time, it’s potato clothing. No, seriously. I got a tip from this YouTube channel about cloning rose bushes with raw potatoes. And you know how the Russian people love potatoes so… I’m going to give it a try.
April 2nd, 2018 – Day 99 – (Day 28 of flowering) – Feeding time for everyone.
April 3rd, 2018 – Day 100 – (Day 29 of flowering) – I had to adjust my lights in the flowering section today the Indicas are creeping up, so I had to raise my lights up a little bit. I now realize how great that hanging chain idea was. Pat myself on the back.

April 4th, 2018 – Day 101 – (Day 30 of flowering) – I definitely see some nice bud development.

April 5th, 2018 – Day 102 – (Day 31 of flowering) – I have noticed some necrosis on the tips of the big fan leaves. I may have to reduce the concentration of my nutrients. She’s getting nutrient burn. Skipping the feeding today.
April 6th, 2018 – Day 103 – (Day 32 of flowering) – I picked off some new growth and some small vegetation on the bottom of the plant. Feeding time, but at half strength today.
April 7th, 2018 – Day 104 – (Day 33 of flowering) – We are at the halfway point of the flowering cycle! Doing great. I like what I’m seeing.
April 8th, 2018 – Day 105 – (Day 34 of flowering) – Looking very nice over here. Buds are beginning to thicken up. Some of the smaller side branches are getting too heavy, and are starting to lean. I may have to tie a string around the whole bush to keep it from falling apart before the desired time.
April 9th, 2018 – Day 106 – (Day 35 of flowering) – My Baby Girl is looking sweet! Feeding time. I also received some seeds from Jordan of the islands and a few seeds of Quebec Purple Bud as a sample.

April 10th, 2018 – Day 107 – (Day 36 of flowering) – The buds are beginning to gain some weight. I had to tie a thick string around the whole plant and loop it through a zip tie in the back post just, to keep it upright. But it is still having trouble staying up. I might have to put a steak or two into the soil, to stabilize it. This is why I should focus on Indicas short, stout and thick.
April 11th, 2018 – Day 108 – (Day 37 flowering) – Buds are definitely gaining weight. All the branches that got displaced and moved around during the ‘stringing’, is starting to straighten out.
April 12th, 2018 – Day 109 – (Day 38 of flowering) – Full steam ahead, Baby Girl! And I will feed you.

April 19th, 2018 – Day 1 16 – (Day 45 of flowering) – Baby Girl is beasting out. I think we are a couple of weeks away from being ready. I looked at some buds with the magnifying glass, and the trichomes are still clear as glass. I am ready to start flushing it.  Tomorrow is feeding, so I will start the flush then.
April 20th, 2018 – Day 117 – (Day 46 of flowering) – Happy pot heads day! I am starting the flush today. I decided to start the flush a week early, because I’m not going to do an actual flush, you know, with the draining and the 5 gallons of water at a time.  I’m just going to feed it with water from now on, And make sure that I give her enough to have some runoff. No more nutrients for this girl. Everyone got watered.
April 21st, 2018 – Day 118 – (Day 47 of flowering) – Trichomes are still a bit clear. But there are lots of them everywhere. Should be perfect in a couple of weeks.

Overall 130 days and 59 days of flowering period. After 5 days of drying, she was put in a jar to start the curing process. After the full 4 weeks of curing, I finally weight the flower: 29.5 grams. Pretty good for a first timer.
